A HF Welded waterproof liner made to fit in the Hightop bum bag. Constructed out of TPU coated 70D Nylon this bag simply slips into the Roll Top Bum Bag and attaches with velcro around the top.
Ideal for riding in rainy conditions or when you know you want to keep your contents bone dry. Easily removed when you know the forecast is good.
